On International Women’s day I’d like to express my gratitude to all the women that I am lucky to surround myself with.
On a professional level, at AirportLabs, I am very lucky to work with some amazing women and I would like to not only congratulate them but also thank them for all their great work!
Last year we said we’re working towards gender equality and here is how we’re doing:
Ladies represent 46% of the company (up from 33% last year); 67% of the management roles (up from 50% last year) and 35% in technical roles (up from 28% last year). During this period our team grew by 33%.
Once again, we’re not resting on our laurels as we still have some way to go with the technical roles. We’ll work towards a better balance next year!
