A lot of airport tech still assumes that if the system knows something, the airport knows it.
That is optimistic.
Munich Airport International’s research says the real problem in scalability is operational density and synchronization.
Correct.
But there is a missing layer: the operation only scales if the decision reaches the people who need to act on it.
That is why I like the combination of AirportLabs Allegra RMS and Airport Community App.

Munich already shows the logic: the app is available to staff across airlines, authorities, handlers, and other providers, on multiple devices, with regular updates based on user needs.
That is how you turn allocation into execution.
Because “resource management” without communication is just a very expensive opinion.
