&lt;p&gt;Attached is a historical picture (25th of August 1972), 9 months after the formation of the UAE, the minister for petroleum and industry, Mr. Amen Said was received by Romania&amp;rsquo;s president in Bucharest (Romanian national archives [Photo # AA088])&lt;/p&gt;
